Staff is friendly. Advertising is misleading.

Can’t get financed without a significant down payment. It’s cruel to offer so much “hope” and then be shown the door so quickly. There is no doubt the operation provides a quality product as you will see when given the full tour. If you are already discouraged about your dental situation, save yourself more pain, don’t get drawn in by the free consultation unless you have perfect credit and/or thousands of dollars to spend.

I was seen by a pedantic and arrogant doctor who treated me with indifference and even made me feel bad because I told him I couldn't pay. He responded very rudely, asking what I wanted to do. I told him that the website said they were for senior citizens and weren't expensive, and he replied, "NO MA'AM, IMPOSSIBLE. THAT CAN'T BE. EVERYTHING HERE IS EXPENSIVE, AND THIS PLACE IS ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR IMPLANTS, SO GOOD LUCK BECAUSE THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE." I replied that I had a god of the impossible and that when I had my teeth, I was going to come and show him. He told me, "Don't even bother..." He was rude and conceited. I hope his good nature lasts a long time, and may God bless him.

From the moment I spoke to the receptionist, she was very kind and helpful in scheduling my appointment. Upon arrival, she immediately offered me water. The doctor who saw me was very kind and patient. I highly recommend them, and the best part is that they speak perfect Spanish.

I had broken my arch that fits on 5 implants. I had visions of having to replace the entire thing. But at TrueSmile they told me they could fix it. And in one day. I go in at 9am and it will be back in my mouth at 4pm

Well. It doesn’t get much easier than this. I have had a lot of dental done over the last couple years. Crowns, implants, bone grafts. Through all of this work on my teeth , the crew at TruSmile made each visit great. Not only are they patient and professional, each person was knowledgeable about the different procedures. I have finished my implants work few weeks ago, and I feel great. They look very natural.
